We use an extended process to verify emails and other information regularly. We delete bad emails and update new emails on a daily basis. We also follow and update daily personnel changes in industries, governments, educational institutions, NPOs, etc.
For the paid plans, we give two extra emails for every bad email you get. For example, under Monthly Premium plan you can get 1,500 emails. If there are 50 bad emails in the 1,500 emails, we will give you 100 credits for the 50 bad emails. So you can get upto 1,600 emails.
Yes you can save and export your search results into excel. The file format will be .CSV. After you login to our website, you can change the download settings under the profile page and choose what information (such as industry/sector info, SIC/NAICS code, etc.) you want to export.
For company information, you can select upto 17 fields such as revenue, employee size, SIC/NAICS code, Sector and Industry, etc. For executive information, you can select name, title, email, phone number, executive's location (city, state, country) PLUS the 17 fields for company information.
Not at this time. Since all of our subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis without a contract or cancellation fee, you can use our service on an as-needed basis. You are welcome to renew your subscription at any time.
